Shipping

*We offer $5.00 (five) Shipping on all orders Australia Wide.
 
To ensure the safe and reliable delivery of your order, courier services are employed. Expect delivery of your parcels within 3 to 5 days from the date of payment. Express services are also available if requested.

Whilst our courier services are extremely trustworthy and reliable, we do not accept any responsibilty for lost, missing or damaged parcels. In any event there will be no refund.



Payment

Accepted payment methods are, Visa and Mastercard, Paypal, Direct Bank Deposit, Bank Transfer via Internet Banking, Cheque. 

All prices quoted are in Australia dollars and include the GST (Goods and Services Tax).

We do not keep or store any sensitive financial information from online transactions.  Payment shall be made in full and the funds cleared prior to delivery.

Returns

 If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchases please inform us immediately. Chara & Chara has a strong regard for customer satisfaction, we want you to enjoy your jewellery piece and wear it with confidence and so offer 100% satisfaction guaranteed.

We will exchange or refund your unworn purchases within seven days of receipt of the goods. If a refund is required, the total cost of the purchased items minus all the shipping and handling charges will be refunded. The refund will be given once the goods have been safely received by us. Monies will only be refunded in the event that the goods purchased are faulty due to a manufacturing defect. Goods that have been returned as the result of accident, misadventure or customer neglect will not be refunded. It is up to the discretion of our credit department whether goods will be accepted for return.

Please register your items when returning to us as we do not take responsibility for lost returns. A copy of the invoice as well as a reason for the return must be included with your return.

If an exchange is required you must pay for all the shipping costs incured. Shipping charges are non refundable and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept the refund or exchange of earrings whether pierced or clip on. No refunds or exchanges will be given for items that are on special or on promotion.

Please note that items accepted for return or exchange must be in their original packaging with all labels still attached and must not have been worn. Items that have been worn, damaged, altered and or tampered with in any way are second hand and will not be refunded or exchanged. Management's decision is final.

Refunds and Exchanges - What to do
Notify us of your concerns within seven days of receiving your goods, contact us at info@charaandchara.com or call 02 9987 0099. Requests for refunds or exchanges after seven days will not be accepted.

  • Identify the goods to be returned with the refund or exchange number that will be issued to you by our credit department.
  • Securely post the goods back to us in their original packaging including a copy of the invoice and your reason for return.
  • Request your refund or replacement piece.

     


    • International Customers

    International Shipping
    International parcels are charged at a rate of $25.00 AUD. International parcels may take between 7 to 10 days for delivery. Import and customs duties may be incurred for interntional shipments. These are additional charges beyond our control and will vary from country to country.

    International Payment
    For International transactions the required payment must be in Australian Dollars. The payment methods for international transactions include Credit Card, Paypal and Telegraphic Transfer. International customers will not be charged GST.

    Whilst we have ensured that our products have been represented as accurately as possible, we do not accept liability for changes in colour (etc) of our products nor liability for any errors or omissions on this site.

     Sizing

    Necklaces shown on the model figure have been photographed with the necklace fastening on the first link or ring. The necklace extension chain allows the necklace to be lengthened to your favourite length.
